Why is it so important to ask for help?

First and foremost, the better you look after yourself, the better you will be able to care for your little one.

I'll say it again. The more we look after ourselves, the more we have to give to our babies.

If you are feeling restricted or stuck in these feelings of anxiety or depression, there are things you can do to help.

It can be scary to ask for help, but it is scarier to continue feeling this way.
